This means, you will get low manufacturer prices, without having to pay annoying customs duties. No customs fees will be incurred.
Payment Terms
5.1 The payment options are communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop.
5.2 If prepayment by bank transfer is agreed upon, payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.
5.3 If a payment method offered through the “PayPal” payment service is selected, payment processing will be handled by PayPal, which may use third-party services for this purpose. If the seller also offers payment methods through PayPal where the payment is pre-financed on behalf of the customer (eg, purchase on account or installment payment), the seller assigns their payment claim to PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal and explicitly informs the customer of this. Before accepting the assignment of the seller's claim, PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal conducts a credit check based on the data provided by the customer. The seller reserves the right to deny the customer the chosen payment method in the event of a negative credit check result. If the chosen payment method is approved, the customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within the agreed payment period or in the agreed payment intervals. In this case, payment can only be made with a releasing effect to PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal. However, even in the event of the assignment of the payment claim, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, such as those related to products, delivery times, shipping, returns, complaints, cancellation declarations, and credits. (Currently, no payment via PayPal is available).
5.4 If a payment method offered through the “Shopify Payments” payment service is selected, payment processing will be handled by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter “Stripe “). The various payment methods offered through Shopify Payments are communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop. For payment processing, Stripe may use other payment services, which may be subject to special payment terms that the customer will be informed about separately. Further information on “Shopify Payments” is available online at https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms-payments-de .
