3. We ship free of charge within Germany. Shipping costs to other countries within the European Union are €19.90.

4. We ship our products from Hamburg, Germany. Products within the EU are delivered within 10-14 working days after dispatch. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have created an account on our website, you can view the current status of your order there. Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or other factors. Orders will not be processed or delivered on public holidays and Sundays.

5. We source our stones from the largest manufacturers in the world, duty-free to your home. Our goal is to offer European customers duty-free shopping at affordable prices. We buy the stones you order directly from the manufacturer and ship your order duty-free from Germany directly to you. This saves you customs costs and has less bureaucracy. This means you get low manufacturer prices without having to pay annoying customs fees. There are no customs fees.

6. The payment options will be communicated to the customer in the seller’s online shop.
6.1 If advance payment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.
6.2 If a payment method offered via the “PayPal” payment service is selected, payment processing will be carried out via PayPal, which may use third-party providers for this purpose. If the seller also offers payment methods via PayPal where the payment is financed in advance for the customer (e.g. purchase on account or installment payment), the seller assigns its payment claim to PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal and expressly informs the customer of this. Before accepting the assignment of the seller’s payment claim, PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal will carry out a credit check based on the data provided by the customer. The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer the chosen payment method in the event of a negative credit result. If the chosen payment method is approved, the customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within the agreed payment period or in the agreed payment intervals. In this case, payment can only be made to PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal with a discharging effect. However, even in the event of the assignment of the payment claim, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, such as those regarding products, delivery times, shipping, returns, complaints, cancellations and credits.
6.3 If a payment method offered via the payment service “Shopify Payments” is selected, payment processing will be carried out via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter “Stripe”). The various payment methods offered via Shopify Payments will be communicated to the customer in the seller’s online shop. When processing payments, Stripe may use other payment services that are subject to special payment terms, about which the customer will be informed separately.
