Shipping / Customs / Payment Terms

1. Delivery area

We only deliver within the EU.

2. Shipping methods

We ship via insured parcel service. Depending on the destination country, we use various well-known shipping providers to ensure fast delivery.

3. Shipping costs

We offer free shipping within Germany. Shipping costs to other countries within the European Union are €19.90.

4. Delivery times

We ship our products from Hamburg, Germany. Delivery within the EU takes approximately 8–12 working days after shipment.

You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have created an account on our website, you can view the current status of your order there.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions or other factors. Orders will not be processed or shipped on public holidays or Sundays.

5. Customs duties

We source our stones from the world's largest manufacturers and deliver them to your door duty-free. Our goal is to offer European customers duty-free shopping at affordable prices.

We buy the stones you order directly from the manufacturer and ship your order duty-free from Germany directly to you. This saves you customs fees and reduces paperwork.

This means you get low manufacturer prices without having to pay annoying customs fees. There are no customs fees.

6. Payment Terms

The payment options are communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop.

6.1 If prepayment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.

6.2 If a payment method offered via the payment service “PayPal” is selected, payment processing will be carried out via PayPal, which may use third-party providers for this purpose.

If the seller also offers payment methods via PayPal where payment is financed in advance for the customer (e.g., purchase on account or installment payment), the seller assigns their payment claim to PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal and expressly informs the customer of this.

Before accepting the assignment of the seller's payment claim, PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal will conduct a credit check based on the data provided by the customer. The seller reserves the right to refuse the customer's chosen payment method in the event of a negative credit result.

If the selected payment method is approved, the customer is obligated to pay the invoice amount within the agreed payment period or at the agreed payment intervals. In this case, payment can only be made to PayPal or the payment service provider designated by PayPal to be considered valid.

Even in the case of assignment of the payment claim, the seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, such as those concerning products, delivery times, shipping, returns, complaints, cancellations and credit notes.

6.3 If a payment method offered via the payment service “Shopify Payments” is selected, payment processing will be handled by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (“Stripe”).

The various payment methods offered via Shopify Payments are displayed to the customer in the seller's online store. Stripe may use other payment services for processing payments, which are subject to specific terms and conditions, and the customer will be informed of these separately.
