right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wunderlich Jewelry, Bornheide 82 in 22549 Hamburg, Germany, gems4u@public-files.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Since the risk of return shipment lies with you, we expressly recommend using an insured courier service. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. Note: The cost of sending a parcel depends on the place of dispatch, packaging, weight and the value to be declared of the shipment. For example, it is possible to calculate the cost of returns on the UPS website at http://www.ups.com.

Excluded from the cancellation are customized or engraved products as well as special orders made at the customer's request.

§ 10 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 11 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from this contract is Bad Homburg if the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, is a person without a permanent residence in Germany, has moved his or her place of residence abroad or the customer's place of residence is unknown at the time of the lawsuit. Should one or more clauses of these terms and conditions be completely or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The legislator provides the following model cancellation form in Annex 2 to Article 246a § 1 paragraph 2 sentence 1 number 1 and § 2 paragraph 2 number 2 EGBGB:
